1) Pan-card of the Applicant
2) Adhaar Card of the Applicant
3) Passport size photo of Applicant (JPG/ PNG file)

5) Mobile Number of the Applicant.
6) GSTN No. & Address of the Organisation [Applicable only if you require an invoice in organisation name]
For Organisation Based Issuance Kindly send the Documents as per the Status of your Company :
- For Company:
- Scanned copy of Applicant’s PAN Card
- Scanned copy of Company GST Registration Certificate
- Scanned copy of Organization Authorization Letter (List of Directors / Board Resolution / Power of Attorney)
- Scanned copy of Organization ID Proof of Applicant (ID Card / HR Letter)

- For Partnership Firm:
