Documents & Information required for Paperless Application of Digital Signature Certificate:

1) Pan-card of the Applicant

2) Adhaar Card of the Applicant

3) Passport size photo of Applicant (JPG/ PNG file)

4) Email address of the Applicant.

5) Mobile Number of the Applicant.

6) GSTN No. & Address of the Organisation [Applicable only if you require an invoice in organisation name]

 

 

For Organisation Based Issuance Kindly send the Documents as per the Status of your Company :

  1. For Company:
  • Scanned copy of Applicant’s PAN Card
  • Scanned copy of Company GST Registration Certificate
  • Scanned copy of Organization Authorization Letter (List of Directors / Board Resolution / Power of Attorney)
  • Scanned copy of Organization ID Proof of Applicant (ID Card / HR Letter)
  • Passport size photo of Applicant (JPG/ PNG file)
  • Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  1. For Partnership Firm:
  • Scanned copy of Applicant’s PAN Card
  • Scanned copy of Company GST Registration Certificate
  • Scanned copy of Partnership Deed containing list of Partners
  • Scanned copy of Organization ID Proof of Applicant (ID Card / HR Letter)

If applicant is different than a Partner
